Explosion puts us in hotel

There was an explosion in the basement of an adjacent building on Saturday night that took out all the power in our apartment complex.  No one was hurt, but there was apparently a lot of damage.  Here’s the report from the Facilities Department.

If you follow that link, you’ll see at the bottom all the things the school is doing to make us comfy, and it’s quite impressive.  Besides reimbursing us for any food that goes bad and expenses for eating out, they’re putting us up in the Nassau Inn, the 250-year-old hotel in the middle of Princeton.  It’s funny to see what a nest of grad students the place has become.
