“Islam-haters” are the real 5th Column

From Svend at Akram’s Razor:

Do read Ralph Peters’ courageous declaration of war on the real cancer within the American body politic, empty-headed Islamophobia that passes off hatred and hysteria for patriotism and devotion to America’s ideals.

I did read it, and I definitely recommend it to you all.  It’s pretty brash, but I think Peters picked a peck of proper prose with this one (er, sorry about that).  A very refreshing perspective for an American newspaper.
