I don’t know why I never looked into online storage options in the past — it’s really a no-brainer to have your most important files backed up in a remote location. Mozy looks like an ideal option because it’s free, can run automatic backups, and allows you to access your files via the Web. The one disadvantage I’ve heard of is that Mozy occasionally sends you ads, so you might want to register with a dummy email address to play it safe.
